Adjust the measurement time to 25 minutes or more and continue the experiment until vulcanization is complete. 4. Automated Auto Scale for graphical curve scales. After the measurement is completed, the software will automatically adjust the Y scale according to the measurement value from 0-5 Mv to 0-10MV to 0-20MV, making the curve more beautiful. Multiple curve comparisons can also be made for completely different rubber materials, curve shapes, and measurement times.
5. Database: The software for the rotorless vulcanizer has pre-set a database with 100 numbers. Each library can store unlimited sets of measurement data. Faced with thousands of sets of data for months, years, decades, and convenient future queries, users can put data from different time periods into different databases, and the purpose of setting database addresses is for this.
6. After the test is completed, it will be automatically archived. The rotorless vulcanizing instrument will automatically calculate t10, t30, t50, t70, t90, ts1, ts2, Vc1, Vc2, high torque, low torque, and so on.
